Summary

Find Words is designed for minimal data collection. We do not sell ads, run social feeds, or track children for engagement. The child path has no parent dashboard or behavior analytics.

Current web simulator

The web simulator runs in your browser during local development or demo. It does not send usage data to Blue Goat Studios servers. Card selections and session state stay in your browser unless you choose to share screenshots or feedback yourself.

Planned native app posture

When Find Words ships as a native iOS app, we intend:

Card usage and preferences stored on device
No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
No account requirement for the child to use core card picking
No collection of precise location, contacts, or health records
No use of child content for AI model training

Find Words is communication support—not a HIPAA-covered medical record system. We do not claim clinical certification unless explicitly added with proper review.

What we do not collect today

No Blue Goat Studios account system for the simulator
No analytics sent to Blue Goat Studios from the simulator
No parent/school dashboards on the child path

Support email

If you email us, we receive what you choose to send. We may retain support correspondence for up to one year.

Children

Find Words is designed for children who need image-first communication support, used with a caregiver's guidance as appropriate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Blue Goat Studios servers in the current simulator. When a native app ships, we will comply with applicable children's privacy laws (including COPPA where required).

Changes

We will update this policy before any App Store release or when new data practices are introduced.
